Delivery & Returns
Delivery Times - UK (2-3 Working Days), European (5-7 Working Days), Worldwide (7-10 Working Days).
Once the order is placed, Garmstar processes and ships the order within 1-2 days, using Royal Mail Tracked 24, and the order should arrivethe following day after dispatch. However, please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed, so please allow for some variance with delivery times.
Shipping confirmation emails are provided once the order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for shipping to be confirmed, with a tracking number also provided.
International duties and customs fees may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the customer to pay. Please check your international fees as this can be dependent on the country where the order is to be delivered.
RETURN TERMS AND GUIDELINES:
Customers have 14 days from receiving their order to initiate a return.
Once the goods are returned, you will be entitled to receive a refund. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
- All Items must be in an original condition.
- Please ensure all returned items are well packaged so as not to be damaged in transit.
If returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any customs charges. Garmstar is not responsible for any return custom charges made. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the item/s returned.
DAMAGE AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and correct the issue. Garmstar will cover return shipping, up to the value of £10, for any faulty products that we may have sent out.
